Maisie Smith showed off a brand new glamorous curly hairstyle as she announced another Strictly tour on Tuesday.

Maisie appeared on BBC Morning Live alongside her co-star Rhys Stephenson to promote their new show Keeep Dancing!.

The former EastEnders actress, who is best known for playing Tiffany Butcher, smiled as she announced the news which will see them embark on another tour in the coming months.

Maisie, 20, wore a bright pink shirt and matching pink cowboy boots for her morning TV appearance.

She stepped up the pink look with a faded black denim skirt that had a huge back slit.

The actress paired the look with hoop earrings and wore her auburn hair in what looked like its natural curly state.

Maisie, who is usually seen with long hair extensions, completed the look with long acrylic nails.

The actress’ new tour promises a behind-the-scenes look at the BBC show and a chance to get to know the dancer better, Maisie explained.

Maisie and CBBC presenter Rhys will be joined on the 35-show tour by Neil Jones, Gorka Marquez, Jowita Przystal, Nancy Xu and Max George of The Wanted performing live.

“It’s a whole new tour that’s never been done before,” Maisie explained.

“It’s much more about getting to know each other and going behind the scenes of how Strictly was created, it’s more of an intimate show.”

“We’re going to be talking and dancing, so it’s really exciting.”

BBC Morning Live presenter Sam Quek asked the dancing duo what the professionals were really like and if they were competitive and secretly wanted to win.

“They [the professionals] always want the best for their partner,” Maisie said.

“Gorka in particular, he told me he never expected me to make it to the final and he was really happy that we got to experience the whole of Strictly together until the very end.

“I think he was competitive, but he was more supportive of me.”
